lyrics
To traverse labyrinthine tunnels
Within the weaves of infinity
Transgression of Moebian pathways
Dimensional nomadic flight
To enter the halls of ageless majesty
Ephemeral, unbound
The temporal aorta severed
The serpentine spine broken
Dweller at the threshold
The point at which the crossroads meet
Vessel of migration
Along the stream of transient states of being
Rhizomorphous rebellion
A state of manifold fixation
Residing in the rifts between worlds
In singular multiplicity
Within the weaves of infinity
Within the weaves of infinity
The prism eye glaring
In the chamber of dead stars
Spectral emanations
Shattered on the horizon’s edge
Among ancient ruins
Monuments lay in fields of moss
Once brilliant sceptres by rust long corroded
Now shine anew in the towering eye of eternity
Gazing from the summit
At all that was and is to come
The distant echo of words once spoken
Resounding in the formless reaches of unborn worlds
Submerged in the deepest slumber
Dormant in primordial stasis
Somnambulant sojourn to oblivion
Sinking into the sea of opaque shades
Bathed in translucent rivers
In union with the absolute
Entranced by the song of a hundred voices
Absorbed by limitless light
Within the weaves of infinity
Ephemeral, unbound
The temporal aorta severed
The serpentine spine broken

Swirling guitars, furious drums, vocals that at the same time howl from infinite distance and are right up in your head; everything put into dissonant form with the help of unconventional songwriting. This album is my personal key to the icelanding black metal madness that I've ignored for way too long! Lukas Kaufmann

Melodic, almost pagan black metal out of Iceland with some of the most aggressive vocals I've heard in the genre. It's balls to the walls from the first note with few respites, but its melodic enough to not overstay its welcome. Jeff Wilson
